What You’ll Do
As a line cook at Butcher & Bee, you’ll be responsible for:
- Prepping your station and supporting final prep for service
- Executing dishes to spec with consistency and care
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Following all safety and sanitation protocols
- Breaking down and cleaning your station at the end of each shift
What We’re Looking For
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Passion for food, teamwork, and creating great guest experiences
- Ability to take direction and stay organized under pressure
- Solid understanding of kitchen basics and knife handling
- Must be 1 years or older
- Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Physical Requirements:
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and move for long periods
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally kneel, climb ladders, or push/pull equipment
