We’re on the hunt for a full-time manager with a passion for people, hospitality, and thoughtful food and beverage. This position offers the warm, ingredient-driven spirit of Butcher & Bee. You’ll spend your time between working alongside our incredible FOH team, assisting in creating unforgettable guest experiences.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support daily service, jumping in wherever you're needed.
- Be a calm, confident presence on the floor, whether it’s brunch, dinner, or a slammed Saturday night.
- Keep things smooth behind the scenes: think opening/closing duties, team communication, and solving problems before anyone notices they exist.
- Champion hospitality that feels personal, polished, and never stiff.
What You Bring:
- Prior experience in restaurant leadership or a strong FOH background with a readiness to step up.
- Availability to work at least 3–4 shifts per week, with flexibility between both mornings and evening shifts.
- A love for good food, good people, and a little organized chaos.
- The ability to thrive while staying grounded and consistent.
